By opting into the Paragon Accelerated Couriers mobile messaging service, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the text messaging services provided by the Company to its customers.

  1. Program Description: Paragon Accelerated Couriers may use text messaging to provide you with service updates, delivery notifications, appointment reminders, account alerts, and promotional offers.

  2. Message Frequency: The number of text messages you receive may vary based on your interaction with our Service. You can expect to receive messages only as necessary for the fulfillment of requested services or as part of a recurring marketing program you have joined.

User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to subscribe to the service, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  4. How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

  7. Supported Carriers: We are able to deliver messages to all major mobile phone carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  8. Privacy: We respect your privacy. All information collected through our SMS service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As stated in our Privacy Policy, mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
