Thank you for considering a partnership with Paragon Accelerated Couriers! As an independent contractor, you'll be your own boss while providing essential delivery services to clients. The work we do is essential in helping clients get their packages from point A to point B in an efficient manner.

Courier Responsibilities

Punctuality, time management and a sense of urgency
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliability and trustworthiness
Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
Safe driving skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to follow direction
Strict adherence to safety rules, driving laws, scheduled routes, and other guidelines
Ensuring that the documentation corresponds to each item received
Pay Attention to Detail
Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to urgent situations
Accurately counting and taking inventory of medical items to be collected or delivered.
Performing all duties within HIPAA regulations
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Wear proper identification and apparel to service routes

Courier Requirements (Must Have)

21 years or older
Valid Driver License (Must be Verifiable)
Valid Insurance (Must be Verifiable) - Required Limits
Valid Registration Sticker & License Plates
Smartphone
Your Own Vehicle, Preferable a 2010 or Newer
Pass Drug Screen
Pass Background Check (No Felony Convictions or Drug Related Offences)
Pass Driving History
Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills
Medical Grade Cooler (Some Clinics Provide Dry Ice)
HIPPA Certified or Willing to Get Certified
Blood Borne Pathogen Certified or Willing to Get Certified
COVID Card (Current)
